Growing Love

As I meander through the gardens, wind about the fruit trees among the orchards, and hand-feed the sweet farm animals, all of whom have an important post for their healing qualities, I realize that what we’re growing here isn’t food per se, but rather we’re growing love. We’re growing respect and strong wills. We’re growing a sense of self-confidence. We’re growing self-sufficiency and are gaining a sense that the world is good, it is beautiful and it is truthful. In light of recent events, the COVID-19 pandemic and civil unrest until there’s a sense of justice and change on the horizon, we can do so much to heal the world and her people by simply growing love and all the attributes that know how to care for each other. Congratulations to all the teachers who are committing themselves to “grow love” around the world.
